We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) using reliable carriers:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 days after shipment
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 days after shipment

Note: International shipments to North America and Europe may experience varying processing times.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Quick Summary: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Standard return shipping is at customer’s expense, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for most items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from any odors, stains, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Air Beds (once removed from packaging)
  • Air Bed Pumps (for hygiene reasons)
  • Awning Accessories that have been installed or used
  • Awning Pegs (due to potential damage during removal)
  • Any items that have been assembled, used, or show signs of wear

Return Process – Step by Step

1 Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your return request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

2 Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

3 Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.

4 Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address at 720 South River Landing Road, Edgewater, US 21037. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

5 Confirmation: We’ll email you once we receive and process your return.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
  • Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The refund amount will include the product price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchange Process

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. If you’re exchanging for a different size or model (for example, switching from a 2 Man Tent to a 3 Man Tent), we’ll process the return and place a new order for the desired item. Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return shipping label and expedite your replacement—because we know your adventure can’t wait!

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items shipped by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
