• You receive a tracking number once your order ships
• The order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept when we ship

3.3 Shipping Information

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after shipment)

Shipping Regions: We ship globally excluding Asia and some remote areas. Delivery times to North America and Europe may vary.

4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1 Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items.

4.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In original packaging with all tags attached

4.3 Non-Returnable Items

• Air Beds (once removed from packaging)
• Air Bed Pumps (hygiene reasons)
• Awning Accessories that have been installed or used
• Awning Pegs (potential damage during removal)
• Any assembled, used, or worn items

4.4 Return Process

2. Wait for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Package item securely in original packaging

5. Receive confirmation email upon processing

4.5 Refunds and Exchanges

Refund Processing: 3-5 business days for inspection plus 5-10 business days for refund to appear in original payment method.

Exchanges: Follow the same process as returns. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
